Priznam, obožujem hrano! V vsej njeni veličastnosti. Predvsem pa kot sredstvo za izražanje kreativnosti in spoznavanje bogastva okusov.

Pri mojem ustvarjanju dajem prednost kakovostnim, sezonskim živilom, domačega, če se le da biološkega porekla. Držim se načela: garbage in - garbage out. Povedano drugače in po moje, uporabljaj dobre sestavine in dobil boš dober izdelek.

Potovanja so moja druga strast in ta so vedno povezana s spoznavanjem in okušanjem lokalne hrane. Saj konec koncev gredo hrana in potovanja skupaj kot letala in letališča.

Pri oznakah boste morda ugotovili, da ima veliko jedi oznako "brez glutena", pa to ne pomeni, da so zato kaj manj okusne. Ker sama ne jem sestavin, ki vsebujejo gluten, izbiram recepte in jedi, ki tega ne vsebujejo. Pa ne vedno - moji ga jedo, zato pripravim tudi kaj takšnega, kar sama ne smem, njim je pa v veselje.

I admit, I love food! In all its glory. Above all I adore it due to the fact that it is a component through which we can express our creativity and learn about the flavors.

At my creativity I pay attention to quality and seasonal ingredients that are homemade and if it is possible even of biological origin. My motto is garbage in – garbage out. In other words, use good ingredients and you will get a good product.


Travelling is another passion of mine. It is always connected to meeting and tasting new local food. After all food and travelling go together as planes and the airport. 


At the signs you will notice the sign »gluten free«, but that does not mean that food is less tasty. As I don’t eat ingredients with gluten I choose the recipes and food that is gluten free. But not always – my close ones don’t have those limits so I also prepare the food that I am not allowed to eat and make them happy as well.
